Concept upgrades to Cyber Essentials Plus certification, strengthening cyber security credentials
Concept is proud to share that we have achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cyber security for our clients, suppliers, and internal operations.
While Concept has held Cyber Essentials certification for many years, this new certification represents a significant step up in rigour. Unlike the standard scheme, Cyber Essentials Plus includes a hands-on technical audit conducted by an independent third party. The assessment includes external and internal vulnerability scans, as well as testing of devices, internet gateways, and servers to ensure robust protection against common cyber threats.
Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed, industry-supported scheme that helps organisations guard against the most common forms of cyber attack. Concept works with many public sector and government clients, and achieving Cyber Essentials Plus provides an extra layer of reassurance that our systems meet the strict security requirements expected in these sectors.
“Cyber security is not just a priority, it’s a core responsibility,” says Peter Stockwell, Founder and Managing Director of Concept. “This certification reinforces our proactive approach to protecting sensitive information across every level of our business.”
