What we do
The management of utilities in larger multi-site property portfolios can be a headache, particularly when properties are regularly acquired or disposed.
We have significant experience of managing the process from start to finish, dealing with utility suppliers, DNOs, landlords and others to ensure that supplies are on contract and available when they are required, and that out-of-contract charges or other penalties are avoided.
We can also provide landlords and building owners with guidance and support in relation to MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards), with surveys for energy improvement measures where applicable. We can produce Energy Performance Certificates where required.
Concept is an Appointed Supplier to the Demand Management & Renewables DPS (RM6313) – managed by Crown Commercial Service.
