Concept Energy welcomes new Managing Director
As part of our ambitious plans for expansion, Concept is delighted to welcome David Snow to Concept Energy as our new Managing Director.
David is a highly respected figure in energy and sustainability, notching up over 30 years in the industry; notably with BP, ASDA, Siemens, Schneider Electric and SMS. He has a proven track record of leadership, including building large teams and structuring businesses for growth.
David is passionate about sustainability, particularly in the built environment. His broad experience covers every aspect of Concept’s specialisms – including bureau services, energy compliance, energy management and building decarbonisation. As such, he is perfectly placed to take a lead role in our next chapter.
Peter Stockwell, our Founder will move to the position of Chairman – and will remain closely connected to – and involved in – the Concept Energy business.
Plans for the future
While our core services will remain unchanged, David has exciting plans to expand our offering, and will be bringing fresh ideas on how we can further support our customers with their energy challenges. The journey to net zero is complex and Concept prides itself on being a trusted partner to our clients as they set – and implement – their decarbonisation strategies.
Crucially, David brings experience of both sides of the ‘energy fence’. He has worked in-house as an energy manager – and as a senior leader within high profile energy consultancies. This means he has natural empathy with customer challenges and barriers to action. We want to play a bigger and more central role within the net zero economy; and
David shares our values and our vision for the future of the business.
