Missed the ESOS Phase 3 deadline? Act quickly to avoid enforcement action

The deadline for ESOS Phase 3 passed on 6 August, and the Environment Agency is now contacting non-compliant organisations.

Our qualified ESOS Lead Assessors are supporting organisations with late submissions, and we may be able to help you minimise the penalty cost.

We’ll also use the report findings to create a roadmap that will significantly reduce your energy consumption, both now and in the long run.

Get ready for ESOS Phase 4

In ESOS Phase 4, Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Green Deal Assessments (GDAs) will be removed as compliance routes.

Progress against Action Plan commitments must be included in the ESOS assessment, and organisations will be requirement to provide explanations if Action Plan commitments have not been met. Read more on what’s happening in ESOS Phase 4 and 5.
